Some of my recipes will mention the curry paste that I bought for quick and easy cooking. Sometimes you don’t have time to make curry paste from scratch. In such cases, you can find a good-quality curry paste that you’re confident will enhance the dish perfectly.

Here’s the curry paste I use in the recipe on this website:
This paste is from one of the Thai brands I know. I’m familiar with how to season this brand’s paste, but please note that it tends to be a bit salty. So, when using it for your curry, be mindful of adding additional salt.
